CLAIM DISAPPEARING UPON PLACING THE ORDER
THIS IS AN URGENT AND IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION
- ORDERS ARE BEING PREPARED when the job is already cancelled, thus not picked up by courier.
- Teammates already placed the order, got the ready time when claim/job suddenly disappeared from Workbench, IMMEDIATELY INFORM leads or CAs.
a. could be the customer cancelled their order
b. courier took the order (and probably place it himself)
- if customer cancelled, we need to call back merchant to immediately cancel the preparation of the items and avoid orders not being picked up leading to escalations.
- or if courier took the order, at least inform him that the order is ready in XX minutes.
