DISAPPEARING JOBS/ORDERS
  • When in a call to place the orders and the job disappears from workbench, simply apologize and notify the merchant that the order will now be placed by the courier in- store.
  • To avoid duplicate orders, we should confirm that the order we have begun placing has not been placed. The courier should then arrive shortly to take care of the rest
