  • All "TOO BUSY" scenarios like "Put on Hold", "Hung-up", "Busy at the moment" or an IVR and voicemail saying they are busy to take orders, asked to leave a message and the like, escalate as DID NOT ANSWER, document properly and apply appropriate hashtags.
